How can I return an order?
Have you ordered the wrong product or ordered too many items and want to return them? That is not a problem. You may return purchased paint and goods within 14 days of receiving your goods. Below you can read how this works. Please note: paint that is tinted to a colour cannot be returned, this is a customised product and therefore falls outside the right of withdrawal.
Submitting a return request:
- Send an email to [email protected] with 'return request' as the subject.
- List the items you wish to return and give a short explanation of why you are returning the items.
- Attach the order confirmation from when you placed the order.
We will then assess your return request and get back to you as quickly as possible.
If your return request is accepted you can send the products to the following address:
Returning the items:
- Ensure that paint lids are secure - use tape around the lids
- Use the original packaging provided to repack the items, or a similar secure box. PLEASE NOTE: ensure the items are well packed to prevent damages on the return journey.

Which company shall I use to return the items?
All of our deliveries are made with FEDEX.

Who pays the return costs?
The return costs are borne by the buyer.
When will I get my money back after the return?
We will refund you within 10 working days of receiving your return. We cannot accept returns for any ‘colour match paint’, unless we have provided the wrong product.
